The 6-Week Class walks you through our Career Roadmap process with a small group of like-minded individuals who offer support, network opportunities, and encouragement.

Our summer session begins June 15th and the winter session begins January 15th. Spots are always limited as we try to maintain a size to know individuals well and offer extensive support in community.

What Can I Expect from a 6-Week Career Roadmap Class?

SIX COMMUNITY CLASS EXPERIENCES (90-MINUTES EACH)

Classes are divided into the following six segments: Self-Assessment, Establishing Confidence + Vision Casting, Clarifying Your Success, Relationship Matrix & Network, Career Analysis & Alignment, and Your Professional Roadmap.

The small group experience is designed to help you better understand yourself and bring extreme clarity to the future of your professional journey.

THREE 1-ON-1 COACHING SESSIONS (60 MINUTES EACH)

Chapter You 1-on-1 coaching sessions will allow you to connect, gain insight, and get more personalized advice from your new career coach. This is YOUR time and can be used in any way to most progress you towards your individual goals.

CHAPTER YOU CAREER ROADMAP WORKBOOK

The Career Roadmap is the basis of the six classes. Together, we will walk through the assessments, activities, and readings in the curriculum.

Your Career Roadmap is yours forever. Use it to reference again to propel your career forward and revise as needed.
